To All Crocketteers’ Members, Friends And Fellow Supporters:
The Crocketteers have been the driving force since 2009 to bring the highest level of professional soccer to San Antonio. Since then, we have supported the teams and organizations that have worked to bring MLS to the city.
Our 430 paid/active members last season were fierce in their support of SAFC and remain confident in Spurs Sports & Entertainment’s commitment to deliver a MLS team in the future.
Starting with the 2017 season, the Crocketteers will not have a designated section in Toyota Field like we have since the stadium opened. The reason for this change is the simple fact that the majority of our members have always had seats throughout the stadium. So next season, our members will continue proudly wearing our soccer scarfs and remain in loud vocal support of our beloved SAFC while seated in all areas of the stadium.
We will continue to offer memberships for $25 that will include our current scarf for the year. The Crocketteers also will continue to host the world-class tailgates under the Thousand Oaks Bridge and invite all SAFC fans to join us and meet new soccer friends, eat free food off the grill and drink beer. We’re also going to be active in community service projects at our tailgates.
For those who want to be involved in the supporters’ experience during matches, we urge you to stand with our friends Mission City Firm in Section 118 or the Gardeners or the new 210 Alliance as they stand for 90+ minutes singing support for SAFC.
We’re excited to continue our undying support as SAFC challenges for the 2017 USL championship.
As always, Victory or Death.
