David Crockett’s most famous quote. When Davy Crockett ran for a seat in Congress from Tennessee (1835), he declared that, if he lost, the people in his district “may all go to hell and I will go to Texas.” Crockett lost the election and went to Texas, to die less than a year later at the Alamo. We refer to this edition as a “Blood Scarf” because of the predominantly red color and the symbolism for the bloodshed at the Battle of the Alamo. “Blood Scarves Up!” will be ordered when the game clock reads 18:36.
