Semi-Final Review 7/7/10
James Hope on 8 July 2010 in World CupGermany V Spain
Moment of the match:
First Half: Pedro puts in a great through ball to David Villa, which is just too heavy, he slides to make a shot out of it but the keeper saves well.
Second Half: A beautiful corner from the Spanish finds the head of Carlos Puyol , who had made a great late run that none of the defenders pick up with a powerful header into the back of the net
Why Spain won: They just seemed to be more patient then the Germans, taking more time to build up their play, retaining possession well, and when the chance came they took it.
