SANTIKOS THEATRES TO OFFER DISCOUNT TO SOCCER SUPPORTER GROUP

Santikos Theatres and the Crocketteers, San Antonio’s premier soccer supporters group, have reached a partnership agreement for paid members of the Crocketteers to receive a $1 discount at the concession stands of the Santikos Northwest, Rialto and Mayan theaters when they show their membership card.

The discount is a first for the Santikos, Alexus Smith, Director of Marketing for Santikos Theatres said, “We are proud to be a sponsor of the Crocketteers, a great organization that gives back to our community and the choice for us to reward loyal members was an easy one.”

The Crocketteers, founded in 2009 by Michael Macias, has grown to be one of the largest and fastest growing soccer supporters groups in the nation; organizing San Antonio Scorpion and Major League “watch” parties at some of the city’s most popular watering holes, and also hosts member road trips to Houston Dynamo and FC Dallas matches.

About the Crocketteers

The Crocketteers’ are is named after iconic frontiersman Davy Crockett, and pay homage to those men and women who fought and died at the Battle of the Alamo. The motto is “Victory or Death”, penned by William B. Travis during the siege defending the city’s most treasured landmark.

Leadership Council consists of Michael Macias, James Hope (President), Rich Moore (VP-Operations/Events), Audrey Whittenburg (VP-Membership) and Steve Arters (VP-Marketing/Media).

Members pay $25 to join.
