Committee Descriptions
Committee participation is vital to the health of our group and a great way to network. Therefore, we strongly encourage our members to sign up for a committee that is of interest to them. New members and new ideas are always welcomed. Listed below are a brief description and the members desired for each committee. If you have any questions please ask. To sign up email us at
[email protected] The number of people needed for each committee assignment is in parenthesis. One committee member will need to be the chairman for the committee.
Tailgate Committee: Responsibility: Meets to arrange our tailgate parties for the 15 home games of the Scorpions. Members are needed for cooking(2), set-up(2-4), clean-up(2-4), breakdown(2-4), food purchases(1), Beer monitors(1-2) and tailgate check-in(1-2).

Chant Committee:Responsibility: To lead the “Garrison” during the game with chants. Members needed are Drummers(10/game) Cappos(2-4/game)

Tifo Committee:Responsibility: To design and create TIFO for Scorpions games. Designers(2) Committee members will set up TIFO dates in which to create TIFO for games.
Garrison Guard Committee: Responsibility to set up(2-4) and break down(2-4) our section of the stadium. This includes hanging banners, flags and TIFO.
Merchandise Committee: Responsibility to design and sell merchandise for the Crocketteers club. Maintain inventory and develop new merchandise for the members of the Crocketteers (2-3)
Social Media CommitteeResponsibility: To assist with content and event writing for our various social media outlets including the website, facebook, twitter, mailchimp and Eventbrite. If you have experience with blogging, wordpress, facebook, twitter, mail-chimp or Eventbrite we could use your expertise.

Partnership Committee: Responsibility: To grow our partnership and sponsorship side of the club a Committee is open to all. Speaking with businesses about the benefits of the Crocketteers.
Membership Committee: Responsibility: To help grow our membership at tailgates during halftime, before and after games and at watch parties. (4-5). These people walk around the tailgate, the stadium and watch party events speaking to fans about the Crocketteers and how they can join us.
